AIMS: To stop premature and preventable opioid overdose deaths, wrongful conviction, and PTSD in first responders; improve resuscitation outcomes.

Methods: By adding Narcan Nasal Spray to the ACLS/PALS and other resuscitation algorithms.

Results: Evidence of resuscitation success captured on video (Vancouver) and reported in the media.

Conclusion: Based on the PRELIMINARY evidence, Narcan Nasal Spray has been successful in opioid overdose resuscitation when used.
