Crystal Clear Transitional Care Inc. is a clinical practice research firm based in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our goal is to drive a better standard of care, education, awareness, and transparency for addiction treatment and management in Canada.

Driving Change
In 2023, the Canadian government reported that opioid-related toxicity and overdoses led to:
- 22 deaths per day
- 17 hospitalizations per day
- 80 ED visits per day
- 121 EMS responses per day (source: health infobase Canada)
The crisis is overwhelming. Our medical and correctional authorities are not currently meeting the needs of those impacted by this epidemic — it’s long past time to make a change.
Crystal Clear Transitional Care Inc. strives to promote better solutions that treat the vulnerable and abused victims of the opioid epidemic with the humanity they deserve, while driving systemic change that tackles the crisis as a whole. There is a lot of work to be done, but change is possible with the right support.
Community Partners
We partner with medical and correctional institutions, businesses, and independent organizations in our community to address substance abuse and addiction from the ground up. These partnerships allow us to enact real-world solutions supported by our research, including:
- Preventing overdose deaths with Narcan nasal spray
- Spreading awareness for addiction prevention
- Providing fair and open access to methadone treatment
- Endorsing better leaders in local institutions
- Advocating for better care at the local, national, and international levels
